Simple Entry Technology (SET) App
Simple Entry Technology (SET) App is our Jervis Systems mobile app available on iOS and Android. Inviting a guest to your property can be completed with a few simple details. Guests can log into the mobile app in seconds without registering themselves. They will be shown the doors they have access to. Opening and closing doors is as simple as the click of a button!
Simple Entry Technology (SET) PIN
Simple Entry Technology (SET) PIN is a feature of Jervis Systems feature that allows you to set a unique door access code per reservation. This pin can be the last four digits of the guest’s phone number or it can be a randomly generated PIN code. The code will automatically enabled when the guest’s reservation starts and automatically disabled when the reservation is over.
Simple Entry Technology (SET) Text
Simple Entry Technology (SET) Text is a patent pending feature by Jervis Systems that allows you to open or close doors at your property simply by texting! A registered guest can send a text message to a Jervis Systems phone number and we'll open the doors requested. No keys, doors codes or mobile app required!
Simple Entry Technology (SET) Call
Simple Entry Technology (SET) Call is a Jervis Systems patent pending feature that allows you to open or close doors at your property by simply calling our Jervis Systems phone number. A registered guest can call a Jervis Systems phone number and we'll open the doors requested. No keys, doors codes or mobile app required!
Automated Access
Automated Access is our patent-pending system perfected to allow easy access to your property for your guests. You can manually input the reservation details or import them from a property management system in your Jervis Systems portal. Guest access is automatically configured with SET PIN, SET Text, SET Call, and SET App right at check-in time and automatically removed at check-out time.
